WHAT AFFECTS YOUR QUOTE
Every property is different. Here are the six factors our team considers when building your custom estimate.
Home or Building Size
The number of windows is the single biggest driver of your quote. A small home with 10 windows costs less than a large home with 30+. We count every pane so you get an accurate number.
Number of Stories
Upper-floor windows require ladders, poles, or water-fed equipment and extra safety precautions. Multi-story homes and commercial buildings are priced to reflect the additional time and equipment involved.
Interior vs. Exterior
Exterior-only service covers the outside glass. A full interior and exterior treatment takes roughly twice as long. We offer both options — choose what fits your needs and budget.
Service Type
Residential, commercial, and specialized services (hard water removal, post-construction, chandeliers) each have different labor and materials requirements. We price each type accordingly.
Add-On Services
Screens, tracks, sill detail, gutter cleaning, and chandelier cleaning can all be added to any appointment. Bundling add-ons on the same visit is the most cost-effective way to get everything done.
Frequency
One-time cleans are always available, but recurring customers get preferred pricing. The more often we visit, the less buildup we deal with — and the better value each appointment delivers.
