TERMS & CONDITIONS
Plain-language terms for our website and our window cleaning services.
Effective Date: September 10, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of worthitwindows.com and the services provided by Worth It Window Washing (“we,” “us,” “our”), a family-owned, owner-operated window cleaning business serving Fort Worth and the DFW metroplex since 2017. By using this website or booking our services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or book with us.
Services
We provide residential and commercial window cleaning, gutter cleaning, screen cleaning, hard water stain removal, solar panel cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services within our service area in the DFW metroplex.
Quotes & Estimates
Quote requests submitted through our website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your request or, where needed, complete an on-site assessment. Submitting a quote request does not guarantee scheduling until we confirm your appointment.
Scheduling, Rescheduling & Weather
Appointments depend on availability and are not set until we confirm them by phone, text, or email.
If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please tell us by phone or text at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If a customer misses two or more confirmed appointments without notice, we may ask for a deposit before booking again.
Ordinary rain does not stop the job. Unless there is lightning or a downpour lasting more than about 30 minutes, we stay on site, wait out the weather, and finish the same day. If conditions make that impossible, we move the job to our next available date. If that date does not work for you, we can schedule Saturday or Sunday for an additional $75 weekend fee.
7-Day Rain Guarantee. If it rains within seven days of your service and the glass no longer looks the way we left it, tell us and we will come back and re-clean the affected windows at no charge.
Payment
Payment is due in full when the job is complete. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, and check.
Payment is considered late 24 hours after the service is finished. A late fee of $25 per day applies from that point until the balance is paid.
A returned or bounced check is subject to a $30 fee in addition to the original amount owed.
Referral or promotional coupon codes must be given to us at the time of payment.
Satisfaction Guarantee
When the work is finished we walk the property with you. Anything you are not happy with gets corrected right then, before we leave.
If you notice something after we have gone, call us within seven days and send a photo of the issue. Once we have confirmed it came from our work, we will come back and correct it at no charge.
Property Access
By scheduling service, you authorize Worth It Window Washing and its representative(s) to access the exterior (and, where applicable, interior) areas of your property necessary to perform the requested service.
Please secure pets and move furniture, planters, and anything fragile away from the windows and work areas before we arrive. We are not responsible for items left in the work area.
Text Messaging (SMS)
By providing your mobile number and checking a text message consent box on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Worth It Window Washing. We send appointment reminders and job updates, and, if you opt in separately, occasional offers.
- Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and the options you chose.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation text and no further messages.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, call us at (817) 710-7029, or email [email protected].
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
- Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No purchase required. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying any service from us.
- Privacy: your mobile number is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We never share or sell your number to anyone else for their marketing.
Liability
Worth It Window Washing carries commercial general liability insurance written through Fire Insurance Exchange, with a $1,000,000 general aggregate limit and a $300,000 each-occurrence limit. A current certificate of insurance is available on request.
We are responsible for damage caused by our own negligence in performing the work, subject to the terms and limits of that policy. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including failed or fogged window seals, glass that is already scratched, chipped, or cracked, deteriorated caulking or glazing, loose or rotted frames, screens that are already torn or brittle, and mineral deposits or etching that have permanently damaged the glass and cannot be removed by cleaning. We point out conditions like these when we notice them, before or during the work.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, and except for claims covered by the policy described above, our total liability for any claim arising out of the work is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We do not carry commercial auto or workers' compensation coverage, and we do not perform insurance-claim, restoration, or storm-damage work. We service homes and buildings up to two stories.
Manufacturer Warranties
Some window manufacturers attach cleaning conditions to their warranties, and some of those warranties can be voided by razor blades, abrasives, or acid-based or other caustic products used to remove hard water staining. We are not responsible for knowing, following, or preserving the terms of any window manufacturer's warranty.
Our standard method is plain water, mild soap, a strip washer, and a squeegee. We only use a blade, an abrasive, or a stain-removal compound when the glass cannot be returned to its original condition any other way.
If keeping your warranty intact is a concern, you must tell us before the work begins, give us a written copy of the warranty, and ask that we use only methods it allows. Without that, we proceed with industry-standard methods. If you want to stay within most manufacturers' cleaning guidelines, we recommend having the exterior glass cleaned at least quarterly.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
